The cultivar of Japanese maple Little Princess is one of the less growing trees. It is a ground cover species that has a height of 20 years and only 0.5 meters. Its leaves are up to 5 centimeters large. They have 5-7 lobes and are spring-yellow-green with a pink tinge. During the vegetation, the colors change to a light to medium dark green with a red border and in autumn to an orange-red color.
Requirements: Requires permeable, moist soil in a sunny to semi-shady place. Suitable as a smaller solitaire for heaths, rockeries, smaller plants can also be shaped like bonsai. Frost resistant.
